Solar Sales Representative

~ At Solar Wind Innovations, we're a four-year-old solar company with 12 installation teams in South and Central FL. We have limited resources of leads that we work very hard for and spend thousands of dollar per salesperson on. ~

Position Overview

 

We are looking for 6 top-notch sales people at this time as this is the most that our current residential lead flow will support (you get 3 leads per day or 15 leads per week on average and are expected to generate more leads from client referrals, we pay clients/referring persons $250 per referral if their referral installs with us) and you are expected to have a 30% closing rate. These are self-initiated active leads, meaning its people that have contacted us looking for a quote to install solar for their homes.

 

We will pay the last 12 months of the customer’s electric bill as a sign-up bonus. We will give you all the tools you need including training, referral bonuses, sign up bonus and great hot leads to make sure you can close at the highest possible rates, some of our top sales reps average more than 70% closing in some months (in their top performing months).

 

• $15K Salary is given fully upon reaching quota (pay is on the 1st and 15th). Limited lower performance will be tolerated in the first 6 months only while still receiving your full salary. However, If you sell zero, it means, you are not working at all and you will get a big fat zero pay and get fired.
• During the first 3 months and to help with your sales/learning curve, You still earn your full salary ($15k per month) even if you only do a quarter of your quota which is only 5 sales per month.
• During the second 3 months of your employment period, you will still get paid your full salary ($15k per month) if you do 50% or more of your monthly quota.
• After 6 months, you will be prorated downwards if you don’t reach your full quota but will also be compensated with additional bonus upon reaching your quota with a $5k bonus when you reach your full quota.
  • $5k monthly total additional bonus is achieved for exceeding your quota by 3-6 sales (23-26 sales per month)
  • $10k monthly Total additional bonus is achieved for exceeding your quota by 7-10 sales (27-30 sales per month)
  • $20k monthly Total additional bonus is achieved for exceeding your quota by 20+ sales (40 sales per month, sales over 40 roll into your next month numbers).
