Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, North America, the Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting overarching integrated marketing and communications strategy plans including customer experience, branding and marketing, public and media relations, and event planning and coordination to help achieve Goldwind Americas vision of capturing greater market share and brand awareness in North America.

Core Responsibilities/Duties

  • Co-manage and run project management plan for the full event series by ensuring all the key stakeholders, event vendors, sales teams, and executives are adhering to deadlines and aware of key milestones
  • Support the preparation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Goldwind in the Americas including message strategy, digital activities across multiple media channels, content distribution
  • Support gathering voice of customer (VoC) data in collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to determine market trends and customer requirements
  • Co-manage CRM tools to capture and track trends and information. Develop reports as requested by management and commercial teams
  • Create content and manage social and digital media platforms
  • Support execution of internal and external communications, advertising campaigns and site-level community relations programs
  • Assist on the development of metrics to track ROI and the development of brand equity
  • Manage promotional material upkeep, restock, distribution tracking
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of all promotional pieces (print and online advertising, direct mail pieces, email promotions, social media, event websites)
  • Updating and managing access to media and market research libraries
  • Regular upkeep and management of internal Sharepoint and global Sharepoint branding hubs
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support critical business objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, branding, public relations
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Mandarin a plus
