Project Manager

Position Overview

DCE Solar is currently seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager reports to the Director of Technical Services.

Responsibilities

• The position will require 25% travel to solar installation sites, trade shows, and vendor manufacturing facilities
• Proofing engineering prints
• Bills of material review
• Placing material orders
• Supply chain coordination
• Tracking deliverables
• Responding to technical customer inquiries
• Tracking project progress in CRM

Qualifications

Required skills:

• We are looking for a Project Manager Professional with a minimum two years of experience with PV Solar development, project management or construction
• The applicant must have excellent technical and customer service skills to manage post sales project requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
• Trouble shooting/problem solving skills
• Planning and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude

Preferred skills:

• PMP certification or equivalent
• NABCEP certification
• CRM software experience
• Purchasing and negotiation skills
