Position Overview
Seeking talented individuals to join the fastest growing solar company on the East Coast that has been in business for over 45 years! We are currently hiring for marketing and consultant positions in effort to keep up with overwhelming residential solar demand. All positions have enormous room for growth for the right candidate.
The renewable energy industry has absolutely exploded over the last few years! New York State has mandated that 50% of electricity must come from renewable sources by 2030 and we are currently only at 4%, which means that there is no better time to start your career in solar energy then now.
Entry level employees are enrolled in a 90 day paid training program. One of the functions of the training program is canvassing residential areas to generate residential solar interest. This program is meant to test an employee's ability to work as part of a team, generate professional relationships, and think critically.
Qualifications

- Ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
- Base Salary is $600/week + Monthly Bonuses
- First year on target earnings $60,000-$80,000 and higher-performing and experienced employees will earn $80,000+
