Position Responsibilities

• Key member in operation steam
• Understand electric vehicle industry and technical specs of charging equipment
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our core product, Greenlots SKY
• Work with hardware partners on technical and operational information and disseminate it within the organization and with customers
• Provide support to users and owners of charging stations
• Oversee technical commissioning of new customers and accounts
• Keep abreast of technical trends in EV charging and participate in industry standard working groups

Qualifications

Key Criteria: 

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree not required)
• 1-2 years customer service or tech experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office, cloud-based software and apps
• Active user of social media and mobile technology
• Technically savvy and knowledge in computing and networking basics
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong interest in electric vehicles or energy / utility industry
