Outreach Coordinator

Position Overview 

We're now accepting applications for an Outreach Coordinator to:
elevate Elysian Energy, LLC’s brand; identify, initiate and nurture
relationships in the residential and commercial sectors; and help grow our
revenue. This position offers the opportunity to work with the area’s leader in
residential energy efficiency with a rapidly growing commercial services
portfolio. The Outreach Coordinator position is based out of our Silver Spring
office.

Responsibilities 

• Create and foster relationships between Elysian
  Energy and community groups, non-profit organizations, schools, and religious
  congregations
• Develop and implement programs that encourage
  bulk purchasing of Elysian Energy services from constituents of aforementioned
  groups
• Create and foster relationships between Elysian
  Energy and businesses
• Develop and implement programs that encourage
  bulk participation in Elysian Energy’s services from businesses and their
  employees
• Work with Marketing Coordinator and others (e.g.
  owner, managers) to track the success of outreach efforts and implement
  improvements
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tool to
  track clients and communicate with all departments
• Work with Elysian Energy department managers to
  discover potential outreach avenues for all departments
• Identify and engage outside networking and/or
  marketing opportunities (e.g. events, exhibitions)
• Work with Marketing Coordinator on integrating
  outreach efforts into social media campaigns
• Participate in periodic strategic planning sessions
• Identify, develop and track key marketing
  metrics in collaboration with Marketing Coordinator

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable and self-motivated
with a demonstrated passion for contributing to the sustainability movement.
Compensation based on experience. Other qualifications include:

• Valid Drivers License and regular access to Insured
  Vehicle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven record of developing and expanding growth
  opportunities
• Experience with a CRM and/or marketing platform
  a plus

We will train all motivated candidates with preference given to
those with the following:

• Bachelor’s
  Degree
• Basic
  knowledge of building science and/or energy efficiency practices and programs
• 1-3
  years marketing and outreach experience
