Position Overview:

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to work in Human Resources and support the department through the development, implementation, analysis and administration of human resources information systems associated with the collection, maintenance, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information required to ensure integrity, timeliness and reliability of employee data.

The position will be responsible for performing analysis to help deliver insight to HR metrics and support HR projects and recommendations. The Analyst will support HR activities in partnership with the HR department staff. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the upkeep of Epicor HCM and other HR tools and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and Enhance Epicor system capability, performance and reliability
  • Conduct HR data analysis to support HR recommendations and programs
  • Track and measure various HR and relevant company performance metrics
  • Generate files to exchange data between Epicor HCM and Oracle/Hyperion for forecasting and analysis.
  • Maintain Epicor HCM and develop/produce new and/or standard reports to meet the needs of HR management and staff
  • Maintain the system and its data integrity including information entry and updates
  • Maintain Performance Management tool including annual review process activities, performance review tracking, system updates and modifications
  • Oversee the Background Check system and Applicant Tracking System/ Jobvite
  • Maintain HRIS security access, provide user support and troubleshoot issues
  • Liaison with IT on application upgrades and other issues
  • Keep abreast of HRIS system capabilities, features and trends and make recommendations regarding system upgrades and modifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.), Information Systems, Computer Science or related field desirable or equivalent relevant experience
  • Prior office work experience a plus
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office with the ability to master advanced Excel functions.
  • Analytical , communication and organization skills
  • Understanding and/or knowledge of database tables and queries and ability to extract information from multiple sources
  • Ability to merge extracted data and simplify into numeric and graphic representation of key analytics/measurements
  • Attention to detail
