Position Overview:
Our Client, a leading Utilities organisation is looking for an experienced Project Director to work on their Hydro Power project located in India. This PD will be handling the project from Construction till Commissioning.
- Project: +750MW Hydro Power Project
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: +3 years
Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire cycle of the project
- Overall Project Management and execution
- Contract Management with the EPC
- Contractors and Consultants interface
- Cost estimation, contract agreement, scheduling, resource mobilization
- Monitoring HSE norms, project status, quality
- On-site works handling, team building, effective leadership
Qualifications:
- 20 years Project execution
- Experience of a high concrete gravity dam
- Experience in Hydro Project execution (min 500MW)
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- PG in Project Management / MBA - Preferred
- Ability to analyzing resources, time cycle, budgeting, work execution, problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, team building spirit, leadership
- Great interpersonal skills
