Lead Solar Installer Electrician

SunSmart Technologies is a growing solar installation company located in Gladstone. We install both residential and commercial solar systems in the Kansas City metro area. We are currently hiring Solar Crew Leads.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and train 2 - 3 person crew.
• Build solar systems to plans and all relevant codes.
• Creating BOM for projects.
• Material management.
• Be present for city and utility inspections if necessary.

Qualifications: 

Preferred:

• Supervisor experience
• Electrical experience
• Solar experience

Compensation: This is a salaried position with room for growth within the company.
