Inspired Green is an energy optimization company dedicated to building solid relationships with both other businesses and individual homeowners by offering highly valuable solutions for their energy conservation needs. However, in the end, energy conservation is only a by-product of what we are accomplishing; helping people achieve safety and comfort in their homes to the highest degree. While partnering with utility companies, we are able to provide a building safety and energy optimization program for homeowners all over Michigan and Ohio. This program combines energy consultations with building science to discover and rectify issues that may hinder them from having a healthy and functional home.

Responsibilities:
- Build Customer relations through the Inspired Green business model
- Provide timely feedback to management
- Provide proposals and presentations for residential clients
- Promote the energy efficiency programs that the company represents
- Complete self evaluation form for your appointments as directed by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is required.
- Experience in home construction, maintenance, energy efficiency and/or green energy industries is a plus.
- BPI certification is not a requirement however, Inspired Green operates using building science processes.
- Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft and Apple programs.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Above average communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent. (Some college coursework preferred)
- Reliable transportation.
- No prior felony convictions.
Compensation: Performance based - $40,000 - $125,000 earning potential. Holiday and vacation pay. Health insurance. 401k.
