Applied Ecological Services, Inc/Taylor Creek Restoration Nursery, located in Brodhead, WI, is looking for a regular, full-time Client Services Coordinator.
Position Overview:
Coordinates client services related to nursery products and assists with sales activities. Provides customers and end users with product support. Communicates order status with clients and coordinates order fulfillment with the Shipping and Inventory Department. Assists in data entry for product production and tracking. Takes and fulfills customer orders for products and merchandise by telephone, mail, or in person by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates order fulfillment with sales staff and Shipping and Inventory Department.
- Ensures that clients are kept informed of the status of their orders.
- Assists in completion of related financial reports; Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts; Prepares reports for end of month sales and sales projections.
Also completes the regular duties of general client services staff including, but not limited too:
- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Talks with walk-in customers or by phone. Provides information about nursery products and their application.
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Maintain systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail.
- Advises management on issues arising from product problems identified through calls with customers.
- Attends trade shows.
- Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
- Works with inside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
- Stocks and issues materials or merchandise of "soft products". Such as office supplies, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
- Assists with inventory and production data entry.
