The American Independent Business Alliance is a non-profit organization helping communities launch and successfully operate an Independent Business Alliance® (IBA), "buy independent, buy local" campaigns, forward pro-local policies, and other initiatives to support local entrepreneurs and vibrant local economies.
Position Overview:
We are creating a new position for an office manager at our headquarters in downtown Bozeman, MT. This position will engage you in all aspects of our small but growing organization, not just administrative tasks. This will include fulfilling information requests, developing member resources, promotion, data entry, editing, research and much more.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and computer skills, strong writing and editing skills, ability to recognize needs and opportunities independently.
Compensation: $10 - $14/hour based on qualifications -- premium possible for someone with proficiency in database development, accounting, grantwriting, graphic design or website development.
Time: 15-35 hours/week
