LEED Project Associate

Join a growing, dynamic, team oriented green building consulting firm serving clients in the Metro DC area. Gain experience in the real estate industry and get a working introduction to LEED EB and NC Project Management. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop familiarity with existing building management
• Review project information and determine compliance by running calculations and writing narratives
• Assist in developing reports
• Conduct site visits and audits to assist project team
• Assist with commercial energy audits
• Provide LEED technical assistance support
• Support LEED documentation and programming

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Successful completion of a technical degree is helpful but not required
• Excellent work ethic is a must
• Ability to problem-solve successfully and ability to pick-up on information quickly are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Able to work in Rockville, MD

This position will start as a temporary position - the right candidate will have the opportunity to make it a permanent position.
