Sales Manager

World Wind Services, a dynamic wind construction and O&M services provider is looking to hire a Sales Manager to support explosive growth in the US.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience selling a service or product to the energy industry. The candidate will be accountable for driving aggressive sales growth of services to Wind Construction Companies, Wind Project Owners and Wind Turbine Original Equipment Manufactures along with managing existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing accounts and customer relationships. You will be visiting existing customers/wind farms to check on the service they are receiving etc.
• Grow the existing and future product offerings of World Wind Services. Visit other customers and wind sites to market services to them to gain new business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers of targeted customers.
• Provide support to the operations team.
• Educate customers on new product and service offerings designed to upgrade their site performance and reduce costs.
• Source new customer opportunities.
• Complete all customer pre-qualification documents.
• Create needed estimates and/or proposals.

Qualifications:

• Degree, Technical, Engineering or equal experience; sales experience of products or service in the energy space.
• 2 years service/product sales to the power industry.
• Track record of sales success.
• Willingness to travel throughout the US.
• Turbine knowledge is a plus but not required.

Compensation: Compensation commensurate with experience including a potentially lucrative incentive program tied to value creation.
