US Operations Manager

SolarEdge provides groundbreaking distributed DC systems that maximize power generation of residential and large-scale PV sites, for faster return on investment. Module manufacturers, integrators and installers benefit from constraint-free site design, full site space utilization, reduced installation time and maintenance cost, module-level monitoring, improved safety, theft prevention, and more.

The company was founded in 2006. Since then we have built partnership agreements with module manufacturers and integrators in Europe, USA and Japan, which provide SolarEdge technology alongside their current services.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of mass production and prototype production process at the US and Canada sites
• Focal point and coordinator between the US sales office and the Operation team for logistics and fulfillment aspects
• Focal point and coordinator between company's departments to the US subcontractors
• In charge of all technical issues on production line- Onsite technical expert
• Leading improvements process and yield control with engineering and Q.A departments
• Location - west coast
• Reporting to VP Operation

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Mechanical\Industrial engineering
• Experience in managing Mass production activities
• Experience in managing Logistics and distribution activities (transportation, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials)
• "Team player"- know how to work in a group
• Creative, "Out Of Box" thinking, Multi-tasking. Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems
