EDG is an award winning architecture and interiors studio located in San Rafael, California between San Francisco and the Northern California wine country. Our clients include the best chefs in the world and leading luxury hospitality giants. Position Overview:

EDG is seeking a person to fill a senior-level drafting position.  EDG Drafters assist Job Captains, Project Managers and Designers with development of design drawings, contract documents and details for highly detailed custom restaurant projects.  Drafters also assist with the coordination of consultant drawings and technical information.  Drafters also assist in producing presentation graphics.

Qualifications:

Candidates for consideration must have the following qualifications:

• A degree from an accredited design or architecture school
• 5 years minimum experience working in a design or architecture firm
• Must have excellent pc-based AutoCAD proficiency (eg, x-refs and layer manager functions)
• Must have knowledge of interior design practices, preferably in hospitality.
• Proof of 3-D competency and conceptual rendering ability (please specify the programs you are proficient in)
• Candidates must be experienced with the production of all phases of documents from Concept Design through Contract Documents.
