Junior Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

To support the global marketing team in developing creative designs for marketing materials and other communications tools.

Reports to: Director, Sales and Marketing North America

Responsibilities:

• Developing creative design for marketing material;
• Supporting the team to implement the company's branding strategy;
• Executing outreach to various audiences including media, prospects and clients;
• Writing and/or editing marketing material (including corporate newsletter);
• Developing content for the corporate website.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in marketing and communications with training in graphic design, digital marketing and/or multimedia;
• A passion for marketing, communications and branding;
• 0-2 years marketing and communications experience;
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability;
• Excellent business writing skills;
• Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail;
• Well-organized;
• can successfully handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure;
• Ability to work as part of a cross-functional and decentralized team;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Comfort working with sales team and internal/external stakeholders;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Academic and/or work experience in finance and/or responsible investment considered an asset.

Compensation: Salary is in the range of USD 27,500-35,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus benefits.
