Responsibilities:
- Calculate and review monthly performance information for all products: mutual funds, exchange traded funds, separate accounts and relative benchmarks
- Update monthly performance files which include index and peer return data, allocations, top-ten data, etc.
- Provide internal and external parties all applicable performance and marketing data needed on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external parties
- Assist in update and review of all performance and allocation data on websites
- Assist in creation and review of marketing/sales materials
- Prepare monthly holdings reports for all products for website publication
- Prepare performance information for quarterly Board Reports, shareholder statements, semi-annual shareholder reports and other regulatory filings
- Assist in preparation of financial information for regulatory filings including Prospectuses, N-SARs, N-Qs, N-CSRs, and 13-F filings
- Assist in daily oversight of Fund operations, reconciliations and valuation, as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- May be responsible for miscellaneous mutual fund projects and initiatives
- Reports to the Chief Financial Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting; or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years experience in performance measurement for mutual funds and/or separate accounts
- Proficient in the use of Excel
- Knowledge of performance attribution methods and frameworks is preferred
- Familiarity with Factset software and/or GIPS compliance, a plus
- Knowledge of mutual fund operations, including accounting, financial statement preparation and the audit process is helpful
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills and oral and written communication skills
- High integrity, trustworthiness, and ethical standards
