Description
Zerodraft USA, one of a small number of commercial building air-sealing contractors in the United States, is positioned to take the lead in this high-growth industry. As our Northeast Territory Sales Consultant, your income can go as high as your skills and motivation will allow.
Responsibilities:
- Sell building envelope assessment services to ESCOs.
- Conduct on-site building assessments to determine air-sealing recommendations.
- Calculate energy savings from air-sealing measures.
- Prepare and submit assessment reports.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-year track record of successful sales of high-ticket goods or services.
- Ability to read architectural drawings.
- Ability to understand mathematical formulas for calculating energy savings.
- Physical stamina to spend 8 hours walking, climbing, crawling into various building spaces.
- Artistic and linguistic skills to create high quality reports.
- Ability to set up a fully functioning home office (New England or mid-Atlantic location).
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in marketing or engineering.
- Building Performance Institute certification.
Compensation: 70% of assessment revenue generated.
