Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background to oversee execution of sales goals and strategies in our West Region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, NM, KS, and OK). Responsibilities include working with accounts and Account Managers, developing and monitoring strategies for maximizing sales and leading the prospecting process in the region.
Qualifications:
Qualities we are seeking in this individual include; a passion for the holistic beauty industry, superior interpersonal and relationship building skills with the capacity to set limits when necessary and strategic vision. A minimum of 5 years experience in wholesale or retail sales is required. Regular business travel expected.
