Landscaper

I have been running an organic landscaping business in the city of Toronto for the last 11 years. We do full construction, planting and maintenance.

Position Overview:

I am looking for someone for the planting and maintenance crew. I have amazing employees, so amazing in fact, my best employee was accepted into landscape architectural school at UofT for this Fall. So, as of the end of August I need a new full-time employee.

Qualifications:

Here is a list of what you must have to be considered for this position:

• You must be able to work 5 days a week.
• You must have experience gardening or farming.
• You must have a strong back and be willing to work really hard to get the job done.
• You must know how to prune, dead head, know the difference between a plant and a weed, and plant plants of all kinds and sizes.
• You must have a good attitude and a great work ethic.
• You have to be friendly, competent, reliable, and self motivated.
• It isn't necessary but very helpful if you have a background in art or design.
• Preference will be given to those who have a valid G license, access to your own truck would be divine.

Compensation:  Pay will reflect your experience.
