Green Building Services, Inc. (GBS) is a multi disciplinary professional consulting practice dedicated to helping lead an international change toward design, construction, and facility management practices that positively affect health, vitality, and economics of the communities in which we live and work.
Position Overview:
The Software Operations Manager will be an integral player within the GBS management team. This person will lead the operations behind the release and on-going success of GBS's innovative O+M Track software product.
Critical areas of responsibility include developing short and long-term operations plans, developing and customer support, developing online demonstration and sales processes, as well as working closely with key clients to scope, sell and deliver customized support programs. This position will work closely with other GBS managers as well as senior consulting staff to define, implement and assess operational enhancements that benefit our clients and our business.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a high-service, quality-focused software environment. Knowledge of sustainability and the emerging sustainable development marketplace are also required. A passion for service, sustainability, teamwork and comfortable with start-up hours, including some evenings/weekends are a must. Any viable candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
