Position Overview:
We are currently looking to add a Lead Solar Installer to our Residential PV Team. This position will include the following responsibilities:
- Ability to train and manage installation crew
- Contribute to the design and layout of PV systems as necessary
- Work with engineers, architects, general contractors, owners, electrical inspectors and utility engineers effectively and in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- 2+ years PV experience
- NABCEP Solar PV Installer Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Excellent knowledge of the NEC Code
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, self motivation, organization and a can-do attitude;
- Team player who listens, and actively communicate
Compensation: $20/hour
