Grace & Company, Earth Tech, Dow Chemical's Rohm & Haas/Shipley Company, and Stone & Webster Engineering.  EBI's personnel have advanced business management and technical degrees including chemistry, biology, geology, geophysics, and structural, civil, electrical and environmental engineering and certified industrial hygiene.

Plans and Expectations for Future Growth:

After adjusting to the 2007-2008 changes in economic conditional, EBI has developed and followed an aggressive plan to develop new services and business lines, acquire new clients, and invest in existing lines of business that have the potential for significant growth.  Our goal and strategic plan call for EBI to grow revenues from $30M to over $50M in three years.

Position Overview: 

What the Successful Candidate should anticipate:

We expect the successful candidate would work with our team to help EBI realize our goals while at the same time, the successful candidate will realize personal, professional and financial growth.

A prerequisite for this position is prior experience with taking a building through LEED for Existing Buildings in accordance with USGBC.

Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for the overall technical direction of EBI's Energy and LEED Services
• Create and support energy audit services to commercial and industrial clients,
• Create and provide technical support for LEED-EBOM services to commercial and industrial clients,
• Be responsible for the creation and management of report templates and delivery services to Energy and LEED Clients,
• Train existing EBI staff on the fundamentals of energy auditing, and
• Have performed energy audits for at least 5 years for industry and/or commercial properties

Qualifications: 

Education Requirements

• Candidate should have an engineering or architectural degree with at least 10 years of experience,
• Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in the performance of energy audits for industrial or commercial properties,
• The candidate should be a LEED Accredited Professional,
• Candidates with MEP or HVAC experience are preferred.

Registration Requirements:

LEED - AP Certified
