Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) offers career-focused associate degree programs, technical diplomas, short-term certificates, customized training, and a wide array of courses for personal or career enhancement. The college offers more than 50 career programs and is part of the Wisconsin Technical College System. WITC has 4 campuses in Ashland, New Richmond, Superior, and Rice Lake, 2 branch campuses at Hayward and Ladysmith, and our Washburn County Learning Center located in Spooner.
Position Overview:
Applications are currently being accepted from qualified candidates for a full-time Energy Efficiency Technician Instructor at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College Superior Campus. The position will start full-time in July 2010, with possible part time curriculum development work prior to that time.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree within science, engineering, or technology.
- Minimum 4,000 hours direct experience in Energy Efficiency/Conservation (Energy Auditor, Sustainable Energy Management, Architect-LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)), or related experience (e.g., Facilities Manager, Architect, Facilities Operation Manager, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, Building Control Operator, Integrated Controls Manager, etc.) of 2,000 hours or more, plus a plan to obtain 12 months of occupational experience specific to Energy Efficiency.
Contract: 1330 hrs/yr
Compensation: Salary Hiring Range: Bachelor's degree $43,752 - $51,427/yr. Master's degree $47,820 - $56,632/yr
