LEED Project Administrator

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a LEED Project Administrator to join our team in the Dayton, OH office. Selected candidate will be responsible for providing a variety of project administration support to the BWSC Project Managers including preparing and maintaining LEED project management deliverables including project reports, plans, meeting agendas, and minutes, issues logs, budget documents and tracking projects, etc. This position will report to the Project Manager/Group Manager.

Qualifications: 

• Must be a LEED AP Professional with LEED Federal Building Project Experience
• 4 year degree in related discipline is required
• Experience working on LEED Certified or Registered projects needed
• Must be well organized with strong time management skills
• Must have strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills
• Must have knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills required
