Absolutely Energized Solar is a licensed electrical contracting company that specializes in providing high quality turnkey solar electric and solar hot water based systems. Our residential group has installed several hundred photovoltaic (PV) systems and our commercial group has installed some of the largest PV systems in the New York - New Jersey - Connecticut metropolitan area.
We maintain the highest levels of quality by using our own experienced staff on every job from the feasibility study through the design, and installation stages. Our team also provides post installation testing, monitoring, and optimization services for solar electric systems installed by other companies.
Responsibilities:
-Creation and tracking of large project schedules using Microsoft Project Manager software
-Ordering materials and services necessary for the completion of installation work
-Entering Purchase Orders (Quickbooks) and ensuring receipt of materials ordered
-Tracking inventory through Quickbooks
-Managing internal customer trouble log
-Interfacing with customers to schedule work activities
-Reporting project progress to key customers
-Researching new products and vendors
Qualifications:
This position will be:
-Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
-Working with MS Project or a similar project management software
-Working in an electrical contracting or other technical environment
We would prefer someone with experience in the solar industry but will consider technically training a person with complimentary skills.
Compensation: Negotiable
