Position Overview:
CBRE seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the execution of facilities management services for multiple buildings. This includes the supervision of the onsite maintenance team, developing capital and operating budgets, developing health/safety programs, feasibility studies and technical reports as required.
Qualifications:
Experience in managing high-rise office buildings is required. Candidate must have knowledge of environmental, health and safety as well as Green credentials (implementation, training, etc.). Only candidates with green credentials will be considered.
