Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead and mentor 8 very experienced superintendents, as well as participate in company strategic planning and other management level decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the bidding process;
- Track project schedules;
- Track job cost budgets;
- Visit job sites;
- Train and strategize with key production employees;
- Lead in company's green/sustainability mission;
- As well as oversee hiring, training, advancement, and evaluation of production employees.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate must have extensive, high-quality residential building experience; productivity tracking skills; superior communication skills; a history of successful supervision; and a passion for green building. LEED accreditation is highly desirable.
