Puget Sound Energy (PSE), the largest energy utility in Washington, is seeking applicants to fill the position of Program Manager in the Energy Efficiency Services Department at its facility located in Bellevue Washington.
Puget Sound Energy is Washington State's largest and oldest energy utility, serving more than 1 million electric customers and approximately 718,000 natural gas customers, primarily in the vibrant Puget Sound region.
Position Overview
This position will focus on multifamily new construction in the PSE service territory as well as supporting the multifamily retrofit Program Manager.
Identify, develop, and implement strategies to meet program and product goals. Ensure program and product initiatives are consistent and leveraged with other PSE offerings. Evaluate and implement appropriate marketing mix for program campaigns. Work closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other applicable departments to implement programs.
Develop and enhance relationships with outside constituents to gain awareness, participation and support of program/initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, and/or mathematics principles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
Desired:
The desired qualifications are:
- Experience working in the utility industry.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- In- depth knowledge and job history involving audits of multifamily buildings
- Understanding the multifamily customer base, owners, tenants, construction types, customer motavators & marketing strategies.
- Experience with multifamily developers, architects, general contractors, sub contractors & construction equipment suppliers.
- Involvement in multifamily development projects & understands architectural/mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Have strong sales skills to this market
