Our clients are global asset owners and investment managers committed to mainstream integration of responsible investment principles. We are now looking for two Client Service Executives to assist and initiate our sales activities. One is responsible predominantly out of Paris for France and Benelux and the other out of Franfurt for Europe.
Client Service Executive
You will assist our sales force in building the customer base, as well as driving lead-qualification activities following the Target Account Methodology. Your ability to communicate, contact and approach new accounts in order to lead certain Sales cycles is high. Your sales support responsibilities will include delivering prospect demonstrations, responding to RFPs, training and supporting customers, while taking overall responsibility for all Presales activities in France/Benelux and other tasks. Over time, following the increase of contracted clients, a professional service Team should be established. The reporting is directly to the company's Chief Operating Officer, who leads the sales activities.
Your Profile
- Experience in dealing with and supporting clients in research information products
- Strong desire to sell and/or do sales presentations
- Keen interest in understanding the fundamental role that economic, environmental, social and corporate governance factors play in a company's valuation
- Experience with extra-financial or SRI research or equity research preferable
- Will be able to clearly and professionally articulate the value and benefits of our system to prospects and customers
- Fluent in English & French - written as well as verbal; German is an advantage
- Prepared to travel (up to 20%)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding team player
- Work with and maintain regularly the CRM software Salesforce.com
- Starting date: as soon as possible
