Senior Greenhouse Gas Analysts (GHG) at Clear Carbon Consulting are actively engaged in all aspects of project work and corporate marketing. This position requires three to five years of direct working experience in energy and/or GHG issues. Experience can be from consulting, corporate, government, or non-profit positions. In addition, ideal candidates will have an advanced degree in environmental science, public policy, or business. Qualified candidates will have a strong familiarity with the WRI/WBCSD GHG Protocol as well as other significant GHG guidance and are prepared to contribute the following: 

* Direct and contribute to client engagements that focus on corporate emissions inventory development, environmental policies, energy and environmental strategies, and compliance programs; 
* Contribute toward efforts to build and maintain a knowledge base on state-of-the-art analytic tools, and reporting mechanisms with respect to energy efficiency, renewable energy, carbon sequestration, GHG accounting standards, energy management, finance, and emissions compliance schemes; 
* Assist Clear Carbon Consulting senior management in branding, marketing, and developing service offerings in the evolving areas of GHG acccounting, product carbon lifecycle analysis, energy management, and information management;
* Lead quality control efforts related to products and services in your area of technical expertise;
* Participate in the development of proposals and other marketing materials;
* Author technical project deliverables; 
* Assist in recruiting new staff with expertise required to fulfill the work within the practice area; and 
* Travel to domestic and foreign sites as deemed appropriate by senior managers of the firm.
