Program Manager

Clean Power Markets, Inc. (CPM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enerwise Global Technologies, based in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. CPM is a growing company that builds and administers renewable energy tracking systems for purposes of issuing renewable energy credits. CPM is currently operating systems in the states of Wisconsin, New Jersey and Connecticut, with more under development.

Position Description: 

We are seeking a Program Manager for the east coast operations of CPM. This person would focus the majority of their efforts on the administration of renewable portfolio standard programs that CPM will be operating within various states. This person will provide support for state based Solar and Behind-the-Meter Renewable Energy Credit programs as well. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Managing day-to-day relationship with the state client. Usually through the Public Service Commission.
- Directing and performing the administrative duties relating to the renewable portfolio standard programs, including renewable energy and energy efficiency certification
- Responding to inquiries from program users, including independent power producers, utility companies, regulators, aggregators, and brokers
- Building relationships to expand CPM's base and product offerings to other mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states. 

Position Requirements:

- Bachelors degree, plus a minimum of 5 years experience in engineering, the utility industry, and/or marketing in the energy/utility industry
- Knowledge and experience in renewable energy, energy efficiency, and/or utility industry preferred
- Strong customer service work ethic
- Self-starter, with detail-oriented work approach as well as ability to see and help build toward the "big picture".
- Highly organized person
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet/e-mail.
- Excellent communication skills required, both oral and written.
