Ideal candidate:
+ At least some marketing experience (a communications degree would be great)
+ Excellence in some college level science courses
+ Skilled writer with attention for details
+ Innate grasp of what makes a good story and enjoyment in sharing it
+ Creative, resourceful, organized and results-oriented
+ Entrepreneurial approach to work, meaning a self-motivated team player who doesn't require much supervision
+ Natural leadership confidence
