Responsibilities include:

• Deliver solar electric power solutions to meet specific needs of commercial and residential customers.
• Facilitate project communication and track progress/risk to schedule, deliverables and revenue.
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
• Take initiative to eliminate obstacles to team success.
• Understand contractual commitments and manage customer expectations.
• Provide effective point of contact for customer support.
• Travel to Northern California installation projects (25-75%).
• Identify & complete process improvement projects.
• Review and approve proposal cost basis on projects.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer/client needs.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery to customer and company satisfaction
• Clarify team members' roles and responsibilities.
• Lead all site installation activities. Manage all sub-contracts.
• Trigger PO and Invoice activities effectively and on-time.
• Meet or exceed the target schedule & gross margin plan on every project.
• Monitor and report task completion and forecast of milestones.
• Measure success from the customer/client's perspective.
• Document & incorporate Lessons Learned, Benchmark other best practices.
• Overcome obstacles or challenges in order to achieve objectives.
• Communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Successful and confident candidates should possess:

• Project Management or Engineering with 3+ years experience.
• Minimum 2-4 years of practical project management experience.
• Self-starter with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to challenge status quo.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to set and meet aggressive targets.
• Ability to facilitate effective meetings.
• Demonstrate authority and assurance dealing with people.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel.
