As part of our international expansion, we will very shortly establish a subsidiary in Sacramento, California and are therefore seeking a Sales Manager.
In this full-time position you will be responsible for the creation and expansion of a sales network.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Acquisition of new customers and partners
- Collaboration on the creation of a company-wide sales strategy as well as the creation and steering of the sales network
- Execution of market, sales and competition analyses
- The development and budgeting of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
- Sales monitoring
- Introduction of new products to the market, as well as the structuring of individual products and the product range
For this position, you have a solid professional education, ideally a completed degree, and many years of professional experience. In addition to this, you have experience in the organization and management of commercial units. You must be distinguished by your excellent communication skills, a confident and convincing presence, and good decision-making and negotiation skills. Your profile is rounded-off by good technical understanding and an independent, highly focused approach to your work.
Good knowledge in MS-Office is required. Knowledge of the German language is not essential, but advantageous.
You must have a desire to bring a growing company to the front of the market and wish to develop yourself further within the company.
