Straw-bale/natural building apprentice

This position is offered annually as a way to create a skilled  workforce in the straw bale and natural building fields.

Duties:
Successful applicant(s) will spend the 2004 building season  (April-October) doing a mixture of unpaid (room and board included) training work and active, paid participation in building projects.

Qualifications:
The applicant must be able to work with a flexible schedule and have access to their own transportation.

This position is intended for people who are serious about  starting their own company in this field.
