Senior Air Quality Scientist/Engineer

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the air quality field, preferably in a consulting environment. 
• The successful candidate will have a background in chemistry, physics, meteorology or a related engineering discipline. 
• Expert knowledge of air quality modelling and assessment, emissions inventories, quantitative risk assessment or climate change services is essential 
• The candidate must be able to work in a team environment to deliver projects under tight time constraints. 
• Strong project management and business development skills in a consulting environment are also required. 
• Experience providing expert testimony would be considered an asset. 
• The incumbent will be a results-oriented self-starter who is innovative, and can demonstrate initiative. 
• The candidate will be a creative thinker and a stimulating communicator, who has a high standard regarding quality of work. 
• The preferred candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
