Position Overview

Great Forest is looking for a part-time staffer to manage our LEED audit team.

Responsibilities  

  • Primary job duties include coordinating with client building staff regarding audit logistics, scheduling/hiring audit staff, leading the team to conduct overnight audits, and preparing audit reports for clients.  
  • The Audit Manager is also responsible for managing the Enevo sensor program, which includes using basic tools to install wireless sensors on dumpsters, coordinate with our consulting team on sensor management and manage the online user interface.   

Qualifications 

  • Candidates must be friendly, responsible, hard working, detail oriented, able to work independently after a short training period, and able to use basic tools and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP accreditation is not necessary for this job, but is a plus.  

Compensation: Pay is $25/hour.
