The successful candidate will:
- Lead teams and processes in the Operations and Maintenance of a wind power plant ensuring safety and environmental compliance
- Monitor performance goals and targets
- Respond to system requirements in support of continuity of service to our customers
- Develop production team empowered to achieve operational excellence
To be a successful leader you must:
- Have a sense of urgency in the face of important issues and opportunities
- Approach all tasks with uncompromising commitment to excellence
- Promote a safe environment; be able to develop unifying vision that focus the workforce on goals and objectives of PGD and the Company.
The positions will be located in:
- Abilene, Texas
- Walla Walla, Washington
- Mojave, California
