Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales team, develop contacts and lead generation
  • Manage sales processes from quotes, negotiations, contracts, and logistics
  • Coordinate factory orders from Overseas to US warehouse and in-land delivery to customer sites
  • Develop the distribution sales plans and set up customer lists using sales force or CRM tools
  • Responsible for sales targets and margins for region
  • Make sales decisions on pricing strategy and payment terms
  • Develop strategic partnership with leading installers, financing companies in residential, commercial projects, and local/national distributors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years solar industry, preferred 5+  years
  • Worked as sales manager for leading solar manufacturers
  • Sales experience with local installers, EPCs, and distribution companies
  • Conducted sales quotes, contract negotiations, and delivery logistics either nationally or internationally (INCOTERMS)

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000. Benefits:

  • Attractive Bonus Structure
  • Insurance: Health ($30 copay), Dental (Delta), Vision (VSP) or stipend for preferred carrier
  • Payroll: Salary every 2 weeks, expense reimbursement every 2 weeks
