Additional foci of the course include the international climate regime that has developed under the UNFCCC, and the history and present goals of the environmental justice movement.

Bard CEP faculty members are expected to have earned a J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree. Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience and a demonstrated interest in environmental justice.
