Responsibilities:
The Technical Service Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Technical support to pre-sale and after-sale service to customers
- Coordination with technical departments: Quality, Technology, Production
- Manage customer's incidents and technical issues
- Coordination with technical services in Europe, USA, and Asia
- Help to prepare technical proposals for customers
- Support of sample delivery, ensure samples to reach customers timely
- Prepare Return/Replacement Report & Customer Claim Report
- Handle warranty claims
- Conduct training seminars
- Work in trade shows
Qualifications:
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- More than 3 years experience in Solar PV industry required.
- At least 3 years experience in customer service
- College degree preferred
- NABCEP certification preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Be able to function as part of the team in customer service
- Quick thinker, proactive, passionate, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Good communication skills
- Some travel required
