Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the overall technical direction of EBI's Sustainability/LEED/Energy Services
• Create and support energy audit services to commercial and industrial clients,
• Create and provide technical support for LEED-EB services to commercial and industrial clients,
• Be responsible for the creation and management of report templates and delivery services to Sustainability Clients,
• Train existing EBI staff on the fundamentals of energy auditing, and
• Have performed energy audits for at least 5 years for industry and/or commercial properties

Qualifications.

• Candidate should have an engineering or architectural degree with at least 10 years of experience,
• Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in the performance of energy audits for industrial or commercial properties,
• The candidate should be a LEED Accredited Professional,
• Candidates with MEP or HVAC experience are preferred.

Registration Requirements:

LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
