  • Maintain appropriate mix of internal and vendor-provided support to ensure timely support of key applications in all BSR operating regions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more of Systems Administrator experience, preferably for an international organization.

  • Experience with productivity tools and software as a service (SaaS) offerings.
  • Demonstrated experience with core network infrastructure technology including firewalls, routers, switches and VPN solutions.
  • Experience in supporting a globally distributed network which requires high uptime and quick response to service requests.
  • Ability to collaborate across business units in order to understand current and future business needs.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences.
  • Capacity to work and thrive in a fast-paced, international, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Reliable, consistent and adhering to high ethical standards and commitment to BSR core values of Leadership, Respect and Integrity.
