Sustainability Project Manager

managers, construction contractors to create and operate energy efficient green
buildings.

Position Overview

GreenShape is currently seeking an experienced LEED Accredited
Professional to manage the LEED certification process for multiple
projects. 

Responsibilities

• The GreenShape Sustainability Project Manager will be responsible for managing the LEED certification process for multiple commercial office, multi-unit residential and institutional buildigns.
• This position advises our clients about emerging technologies, practices and trends in green building, reviewing project specifications and LEED documentation submittals for accuracy and completeness, and managing the interface with GBCI.
• The Sustainability Project Manger will ensure that projects stay within the established scope and budgets and that the project's LEED efforts are progressing appropriately. 

Qualifications 

• Applicants for the
  position must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities
  Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 yeras of professional experience is required. 
• Applicants should
  demonstrate subject matter expertise in LEED as applied to the design,
  construction and operations of buildings and a successful track record of
  managing projects on time and within budget.
• LEED AP credentials with BD+C
  and/or OM specialty is expected. 
• This
  position requires a self-directed, resourceful individual with effective time
  management, analytic and communication skills who can stay on top of project
  details and deliver attentive service to our clients.
