Securitas, a global leader in the security services industry, is seeking a visionary Sustainability Manager to spearhead our environmental initiatives in North America. This hybrid role, based in the vibrant community of Parsippany, NJ, offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
Your Role:
As our Sustainability Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and executing our environmental efforts. You'll be responsible for:
- Project Management and Execution: Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of sustainability projects. Ensure these initiatives are completed on time within scope and budget. Your ability to execute plans effectively will be key to our success.
- Development and implementation of comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with our global vision and local needs.
- Leading cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into our core business operations.
- Conducting environmental impact assessments and drive continuous improvement in our sustainability performance.
- Fostering partnerships with external stakeholders to advance our environmental objectives.
- Championing a culture of environmental responsibility, inspiring both internal teams and external partners through your passion and expertise.
Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree and experience in sustainability or a related field.
- Equipped with significant experience in sustainability or environmental management, ideally in a corporate setting.
- An exceptional communicator, capable of articulating complex sustainability issues to diverse audiences.
- A skilled project manager with a track record of leading successful environmental initiatives.
- Passionate about making a difference and driving change within a large, dynamic organization.

Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
