Power Guru is looking for Solar Installers to join our team! We are located in North Bennington Vermont, and are certified to install solar in VT, NY and MA. Work Description

• Join a team of 3-5 solar installers.
• Installing solar rooftop and ground mount racking (flashing, rails, etc.) and solar modules.
• Installing inverters/microinverters/optimizers.
• Electrical work - running conduit, pulling wire, mounting & fitting of electrical enclosures, tapping main service panel, utility meter, etc.
• Experience with hand tools
• Working at heights, with a ladder, and on sloped roofs
• Working outside in all conditions, cold, heat, wind, rain and snow

Qualifications

• Solar experience is a plus
• 1+ years working on roofs
• 5+ years trades experience
• Have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a truck with an attached trailer.
• Have experience complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations.
• Have completed OSHA 10 Certification preferred
• Have a full set of hand tools

Compensation

The position is full time and hourly wage compensation is based on the candidate’s experience. Power Guru employees receive a generous benefits package including 401(K) with matching, vacation and year-end bonuses.
