Solar Installer

While we have grown rapidly over the past few years, our focus remains on Colorado homeowners. They are our neighbors and our goal is to provide precise information on solar panel systems that are designed to save homeowners the maximum amount of money and gain energy independence.

Position Overview

EcoMark Solar is looking to add to our dynamic team of residential solar installers. In this position you will be part of an installation crew that ensures the safe, high-quality, and timely installations of residential solar systems. Construction experience is recommended for this position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer experience and interaction
• Assemble and install all system components
• Follow all safety standards and installation protocols
• Track materials and hours to keep projects on budget
• Provide support to project management and customer service teams.
• Documentation and reporting of all job details as required
• Operate and maintain company vehicles

Qualifications

• General understanding of common building materials, tools and techniques
• General understanding of solar technology and solar applications
• Proficient with safety equipment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in extreme environments
• Must be able to climb ladders and work on your feet for long periods of time
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid state driver’s license
• Must have a reliable vehicle and cell phone

Compensation

• Income is dependent upon experience, $30-40k initial annual earning potential
