Software Engineer

Our solutions include management of EV charging stations, payments and billing, as well as smart grid and energy efficiency management of electric vehicles. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues, work with developers to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Take technical ownership of escalated customer complaints, work with development teams and partners/vendors to lead to resolution
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
• Provide training to customers as required
• Participate in developing and managing project plans with product management and development team members
• Participate in other technical activities (under supervision) such as software configuration, development, testing, infrastructure and IT tasks based on company's needs

Qualifications

Key Criteria:

• Client-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Firm grasp of how web software, mobile applications, networking, and wireless products work
• Can-do attitude and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong interest in electric vehicles or energy efficiency markets 

Key Technical Skills: 

• Experience on Unix, Windows and Mac environment
• Experience with enterprise software development, programming/scripting languages, databases and SQL
• Knowledge of networking concepts
